The Vice-Rector for Public Relations and Culture participated in an international conference in Russia

From 19 to 23 November 2025, the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia hosted the 4th International Scientific Conference, held under the title "For the Sustainable Development of Civilisation: Cooperation, Science, Education, Technology. CIS Countries’ Path to 17 SDGs: Integrated Approach”.
Sadybek Beisenbayev was invited specially to take part in the conference. He is a member of the board and vice-rector for public relations and culture at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.
Moreover, representatives from countries such as China, Mali, Congo, Nigeria, Ecuador, Nepal, Nicaragua, and Tajikistan participated in the academic gathering.
Within the ESG agenda, five sections focus on urgent issues in the fields of art, design, and fashion:
Art, fashion and design as tools for partnership in building a just world;
The role of art, fashion and design in enhancing key areas of public and personal life;
The cultural heritage of CIS countries as a source of inspiration for design projects and a path towards collective responsibility for preserving cultural diversity;
Social responsibility in fashion, design and art;
Art and design as a foundation for multifaceted, objective mutual understanding.
Sadybek Beisenbayev moderated the section “Art, Fashion and Design as Tools for Partnership in Building a Just World”. In his opening remarks, he highlighted achievements in scientific and higher education cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia. He also delivered a presentation on the topic: "Use of Eco-Friendly Materials and Artistic Finishing Techniques in the Design of Kazakh National Clothing".
At the closing ceremony, Sadybek Beisenbayev received a Letter of Appreciation from the Rector of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in recognition of his highly professional presentation.
