A meeting was held with a South Korean delegation at South Kazakhstan University

Today, the university hosted a meeting with the Korean delegation. Among the foreign guests were Professor Shin Hagyun of Dongduk Women’s University and Associate Professor Chun Byong Soon of the Department of Far Eastern Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The meeting was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Yernar Imangaliyev, heads of departments, representatives of the teaching staff and structural subdivisions of the university.
The event took place in a warm and constructive atmosphere, contributing to the strengthening of international academic relations and cultural exchange.
A wide range of issues were discussed, including the prospects for developing bilateral cooperation, implementing joint educational and scientific projects, and promoting academic mobility among faculty and students. Particular attention was paid to strengthening partnerships between Kazakhstani and South Korean universities, developing joint research projects, and organising cultural and educational events.
Following the meeting, both delegations expressed their confidence in further fruitful cooperation, emphasising the importance of strengthening international relations in education and science. At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed confidence in the further development of productive and long-term cooperation, emphasizing the importance of enhancing international collaboration in the fields of education, science, and culture.
