He was born in 1958 in  village  Kyzyl Tu of the Sairam district of the Chimkent region in a large peasant family, in 1966 he went to  S. Ordzhonikidze school in  village  Chernovodsk and graduated from the school  with honors in 1975. He began his labor activity as a worker-bricklayer of  CD “Promstroy” of  “Chimkentpromstroy” trust. Then he enrolled in   the Kazakh  Institute of Chemical Technology and graduated in 1981 with honors, and in the same year he began his career in the HEI as a teacher  of the chair “Theory of strength of materials” in KazHTI  in Chimkent.

In 1985-1988 he studied   full -time attendance at the post-graduate studentship of M.I. Kalinin Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. In 1988 on December 27, under the guidance of Professor P. Pavlov, Doctor of Engineering Science, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Engineering Science.

In 1998, in Almaty, in IMMASH "Mechanical Engineering Research Institute", under the guidance of Dr. U. Dzholdasbekov, Doctor of Engineering Science, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan,he defended his dissertation for the degree  of Candidate of Engineering sciences in  specialty “Dynamics, strength of machines, devices and equipment”.

The scientific direction is connected with the problems of strength and plasticity of structural elements of machines and equipment under complex stress state  in conditions of alternating loads, as well as  in conditions of thermomechanical load and creeping.
