TEACHING AND METHODOLOGICAL DIRECTION:

• Supervised the implementation of QMS in 2004-2005yrs. in Kh.A.Yassavi IKTU;

• He was one of the first in Kazakhstan in 2005–2007yrs. who supervised the preparation and implementation of the European model of distance learning ( TurTEP program) in Kh.A.Yassavi IKTU;

•He directly managed the project for credit technology introduction into the educational process (2005-2007yrs.) in Kh.A.Yassavi IKTU.

ІІ. EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL DIRECTION:

• In 2002 he provided guidance on the creation of the Baiterek public -youth association in Shymkent Branch of Kh.A. Yasavi IKTU;

• He organized the public-youth association “Namys” named after B. Sattarkhanov in 2005 in Turkestan and was the chairman from 2005y. to 2017y. in Turkestan;

• He organized the work of the informal self-government of students at the HEI (2003-2008yrs.) of H.A. Yassavi IKTU.

• Information - analytical manual “Namys naizagaiy” on
patriotic education of the youth (240 p., 2009y.) was prepared by him.

• A video magazine “Formation of patriotism among youth” (12 min.,
2009y.) was prepared by him .

III. SCIENTIFIC DIRECTION:

In 2008-2018yrs. he made a special contribution into the development of science.

During his work as Vice President of Kh.A.Yassavi IKTU financing of science increased 10 times, the number of articles with impact factor increased 12 times compared with 2010 (for example, 980 teachers published 101 articles), the number of research projects increased 3.5 times, monographs 2.5 times, the number of scientific conferences and symposia has also increased.

For the first time, opportunities have given to gain grants, funded by Turkey. The level of work of teaching staff with international data bases has increased. The quality of master's and PhD doctoral studies has significantly improved. Interdepartmental scientific coordination seminars are held twice a year. In 2017 the university for the first time monitored (264 teachers) the scientist’s qualitative y indicator at scientific seminars, which resulted in determining the level of teaching staff as scientists (weak, average, good, excellent), which significantly improved the objectivity of the guidance of candidates for a Master’s degree and PhD students.
