Today, the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University in Baku hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference

“Modern Challenges of Chemical Technology and Sustainable Development”,

dedicated to the memory of the prominent scientist, Professor Uylesbek Besterekov, Doctor of Technical Sciences.

 The conference brought together researchers from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan to discuss pressing issues in chemical technology, environmental science, and sustainable innovation.

 During the plenary session, leading experts presented on topics such as:
