"Eternal Glory to the Heroes" ceremony held

In his congratulatory speech, , Chairman of the Board -Rector Darkhan Zhumakanovich Ahmed-Zaki noted the launch of a special patriotic project at the university, "80 Days - 80 Good Deeds", aimed at honouring and preserving historical memory.
"This day has special significance. It reminds us to foster patriotism in the younger generation, to strengthen their spirit and to honour the courage of those who were before us. Our people contributed immensely to the Great Victory, demonstrating incredible bravery and commitment in the darkest of times. We pay our tribute to those who returned from the front, and to those who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. We, the descendants of the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, are committed to keeping the flame of victory alive and remembering the heroes who fought for our homeland. Today's gathering is a tribute to all those who showed extraordinary courage and resilience during the war. I congratulate you all on Victory Day,”said Darkhan Zhumakanovich in his address.
During the event, Darkhan Zhumakanovich also congratulated several faculty members of the Military Department, presenting them with certificates of honour and letters of appreciation for their dedicated work.
Major Aidos Toyshibekov of the Economic Investigation Service, Chief Investigator of the 2nd Investigation Division of the Department of Economic Investigation of Shymkent, also gave a congratulatory speech, highlighting the heroism of the ancestors.
At the end of the evening was a concert programme prepared by talented artists from the university's Centre for Creative Professions.
