Training of sought-after highly qualified personnel in the service sector, capable of carrying out professional activities aimed at improving the tourism and hospitality industry within the framework of globalization and digitalization of the tourism industry

- educational institutions that train mid-level specialists in the field of tourism;

LO1- Possesses information and computing literacy, spiritual and social responsibility, methods of scientific and experimental research based on digital technologies.

LO2- Demonstrates socio-cultural, professional development on the basis of formation, civic, spiritual and social responsibility, methods of scientific and experimental research.

LO3- Conducts business negotiations and carries out document management in the state, russian and foreign languages, taking into account the principles of academic writing and the culture of academic integrity.

LO4- Can develop new tourism projects that meet the requirements of the tourism industry, identify priority areas in the design taking into account international classification and seasonality.

LO5- Assesses the current state and features of the hospitality industry for the implementation of the main technological processes of the hotel and restaurant business based on modern Internet technologies.

LO6– Uses marketing tools in packaging tourist services in positioning and promoting brands of tourist destinations in domestic and foreign markets.

LO7- Develops tourist routes taking into account the analysis of the current state of world and domestic transport logistics.

LO8- Manages and minimizes risks in providing services to consumers of the tourism industry based on innovative technologies.

LO9- Owns the methods of scientific research and applies their results in practical tourism activities that affect the increase in the level of profitability of the enterprise.

LO10- Analyzes the safety of all types of tourist transportation on the basis of regulatory and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international standards and applies them to the introduction of modern quality management systems for services provided at various stages of the life cycle of tourist products.

LO11- Applies booking and reservation methods, using new information technologies in the hotel and tourism business, providing feedback to interested tourists.

LO12- Runs private business in the field of tourism and hospitality, demonstrates teamwork skills, self-education and a healthy lifestyle.
