During the session, students активно participated in analyzing real-life situations and developed solutions for forming and optimizing a company’s product policy. The interactive approach enabled students to demonstrate critical thinking, apply theoretical knowledge in practice, and work effectively in teams.
As a result of the event, A.E. Yesbolova was awarded second place, receiving high recognition for professionalism, originality in presenting the material, and strong student engagement in the learning process.

At the end of the event, all participants were awarded commemorative gifts. Two teams from the Department of Management and Marketing actively participated and successfully presented their ideas at a high level.

The teaching staff of the Department of Management and Marketing underwent advanced training at SCU named after. M. Auezov for 72 hours on the topic: “Digital literacy and online learning methods.”

The Winter School was attended by speakers and listeners from 7 countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Turkey, Poland, Belarus and Azerbaijan), 19 universities.
At the closing ceremony, speakers and listeners expressed gratitude to the organizer of the winter school, the Department of Management and Marketing of the M. Auezov South State University, the Center for the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility.

The teaching staff of the Department of Management and Marketing from February 5 to February 17, 2024 From February 19 to March 2, 2024
completed an advanced training course “Innovative methods of marketing and management in public administration” in the amount of 72 academic hours.


Each instructor has completed relevant courses and obtained professional development certificates confirming compliance with modern educational standards and requirements.
This ensures a high quality of teaching, relevance of academic disciplines, and the integration of modern approaches into the educational process.


Faculty of the department and students prepared reports, spoke and discussed pressing issues, both sides shared their experiences.

During the stay on the research topic, information was collected on the production and deep processing of meat and meat products, infrastructure facilities for the formation of a cluster. The scientists also visited the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where cluster initiatives in the German agricultural sector were studied. They met with colleagues Dr. Ulrike van der Schaaf and Professor Heike Karbstein and discussed the creation of a food center and its benefits for developing countries.
In the future, the research group plans to cooperate in the field of economics and management in agriculture with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

It should be noted that these certificates are obtained annually by faculty members in co-authorship with students. This format of collaboration contributes to the development of students’ research culture, the formation of research competencies, and their involvement in real scientific projects.
The developed works cover relevant areas of science and practice, reflecting the modern level of training and the scientific potential of the department. The registration of copyright confirms the novelty and significance of the created materials and ensures their legal protection.
The department plans to further actively develop joint research activities between faculty and students with subsequent registration of results in the form of copyright certificates, thereby strengthening its scientific and educational potential.

Our bachelors undergo pre-diploma internship in these organizations, and our master's students undergo research.




The purpose of the internship was to deepen professional and research competencies in the field of agricultural economics and marketing, to master modern methods of econometric analysis and digital data processing tools, as well as to study advanced European experience in the functioning of agri-food systems and cooperative models.
During the internship, special attention was paid to the exchange of scientific knowledge and the adaptation of the obtained results for application in the conditions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the agricultural sector and ensuring the sustainable development of the dairy industry
Program of the working visit:
• Delivering lectures to bachelor’s and master’s students at Tashkent State University of Economics
• Meeting with faculty members at Bukhara Engineering-Technological Institute
• Participation in a conference at Navoi State University
• Participation in a conference at Sambran University in the city of Jizzakh, Republic of Uzbekistan
The lectures focused on current issues in the development of management and marketing, as well as a comparative analysis of the features of their formation and functioning in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The event contributed to broadening students’ professional outlook and strengthening academic ties between partner universities.
In addition, they delivered open lectures and conducted master classes for students majoring in Management, sharing valuable experience in international marketing and cooperation within the framework of the EAEU.
