Project Management Center

Project Management Center accompanies the implementation and realization of financed projects, coordinates the work of projects, provides organizational and technical assistance to managers of financed university projects.

Agreements with the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the budget program 217 “Development of Science” 102 “Grant financing of scientific research” and 101 “Program-targeted financing of subjects of scientific and/or scientific and technical activities” for the years 2018-2020 in the amount of 1 037 370 156 tenge were prepared, of which:

-for 2018 - 340 056 386 tenge;

-for 2019 - 369 052 924 tenge;

-for 2020 - 352 965 845 tenge.

In 2018, at the university, 32 projects for 340 056 386 tenge are being carried out by order of the Science Committee of the MES RK.

Under the international program Erasmus+ 3 projects are being implemented for a amount of 33 million 628 thousand tenge.

By order of enterprises (business contracts), 2 projects are being implemented for a total amount of 12 million 730 thousand tenge.

PMC staff prepared and submitted to the Science Committee of the MES RK Budget applications for 2018–2019–2020 with supporting documents and 2 acts of work performed by funded projects for a total amount of 148 million 818 thousand 434 tenge 60 tiyn.

According to the decision of the National Scientific Council, from 15 to 19 October 2018, at our university, 4 expert groups were working to conduct a monitoring on the implementation of 7 funded projects. All projects received positive ratings.

To participate in the “Exhibition of the results of the “Erasmus+” projects in Kazakhstan”, which will be held on October 25-26, 2018 in Astana, on the basis of L. Gumilyov ENU, prepared video materials, stands and handouts on 3 projects of the international program “Erasmus +”.

Currently, the registration of annual reports of 32 projects is going on in JSC “National Center for Scientific and Technical Expertise” on sites rating.nauka.kz and is.nscte.kz.

Annual reports in 3 copies of 32 projects (96 pieces) were submitted to the branch of JSC “NCSTE” in Astana.
