Experimental Design Project Office

Purpose: provision of research works with project documentation in accordance with ESKD standards.

Tasks:

- development of experimental design and design works aimed at creating new products;

- development of advertising stands, catalogs and other presentation material (development of a site project, advertising booklets, etc., etc.) on scientific topics of the SKSU named after M. Auezov;

- development of the design part of R & D commissioned by scientists.

During the period of the activity of the OKPB 52 projects were developed. In addition, employees of OKPB perform presentational works (development of catalogs, presentations, stands, brochures of an advertising nature, projects of sites).

The most significant design engineering developments are presented below:

1. The layout of the equipment in the proposed workshop for the production of metal structures in the territory of the industrial zone "Tassay". Placement of the shop building on a topographic map of the area with a rational account of communication networks.

 

2. Development of the executive scheme of installation of equipment and construction and installation work for the workshop for the production of aerated concrete blocks and dry construction mixtures, with a secondment to the “Department of Capital Construction” at SKSU. M. Auezov.

 

3. Development of a floor plan for a biological fertilizer production workshop for the project of JSC FUND OF SCIENCE No. 0423-17-GK “Production of environmentally friendly biological fertilizer that heals the soil and improves fertility.” Biofertilizer «Azotofertil».

 

4. Development of a preliminary set of technological equipment in the production workshop and containers for storing biological fertilizer in the warehouse for the project of JSC "FUND OF SCIENCE" No. 0423-17-GK "Production of environmentally friendly biological fertilizer that heals the soil and improves fertility." Biofertilizer «Azotofertil».

 

5. Creating a presentation material on the project "Consortium"

6. Obtaining the patent "SOLAR UNIVERSAL ENERGY INSTALLATION"

7. Preparation of the drawing for the patent “Rotary kiln for carbonization and activation of carbon material”

8. Assistance in the development of packaging design for dairy products LLP "SKSU"

 

9. Design of stands for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the SKSU anniversary. M. Auezov

Work with industrial enterprises.

After the project is completed, the employees of OKPB transfer the drawings to the enterprises of the city of Shymkent in order to create an experimental-industrial batch of equipment.
