A delegation from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University is participating in the 2025 QS Eurasia Forum in Tashkent

On November 25–26, 2025, the international forum QS Eurasia Forum 2025, named "Broadening horizons: Building Global Bridges in Higher Education', takes place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The forum has become a significant platform for discussing partnerships and developments in higher education around the world.
It is organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Central Asian University, and is supported by QS Quacquarelli Symonds. It brings together leading experts, university rectors and government representatives from Central Asia, Europe and Asia.
It addresses current trends, key challenges and development prospects in the region's higher education system.
During the plenary session today, Sayasat Nurbek, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered the keynote speech. In his address, he discussed the role of Eurasia in the global higher education ecosystem.
A delegation from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, led by Rector Darkhan Akhmed-Zaki, is also attending the forum. The program includes panel discussions, keynote presentations, masterclasses and seminars.
