By Order No. 1516, dated 28 August 2025, issued by the Chair of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Erkebulan Nurgaliyevich Kocherov, a Candidate of Technical Sciences and an Associate Professor in the Department of 'Life Safety and Environmental Protection' at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor (Docent) in the scientific field of Other Technical Sciences (21200).
