By Decree No. 348 of 7 March 2025, issued by the Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ulanbator Seitkaziyevich Suleimenov, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at M.
