Today at the South Kazakhstan University in honor of the 5th anniversary of the French Alliance, the university staff and students met with General consul of France Fabrice Neveu, Attache of Regional Cooperation – Xavier Le Torrivellec and Attache for Culture Alex Bortolan. During the meeting, First Vice-rector Nurmanbetov Kairat Enbekshievich told about the achievements of our university and about the great desire of students to study French. In addition, he noted that the Chairman of the Board-Rector Kozhamzharova Daria Perneshovna is currently negotiating and signing a memorandum with the heads of European universities in France on academic mobility, exchange of professional experience, etc. Attache Alex Bortolon in his own speech noted that the presidents of the two countries are conducting important negotiations and the Ministries of Science and Higher Education of the two countries are also negotiating to increase the number of universities to study in the French state within the framework of the Bolashak state program.

Representatives of the French state also explained to the students of our university that the French state ranks 5th in the world in terms of the number of foreign students and that about 300 million people use French language. They also explained to the students that they have all the opportunities for admission, and that all favorable conditions have been created for education in French universities.
