As you know, in the center of pre-university training of M.Auezov South Kazakhstan University, in addition to our brothers and sisters from Uzbekistan, there are English and German students who came to study the Kazakh language from abroad.

On March 10, a number of our foreign students and several girls and boys, led by the head of the training center Kamaldinov Rakhimbek, visited the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi in Turkestan and the mausoleum of Arystan Baba in Otyrar to see the sacred places of Kazakhstan.

The teacher of the training center Usypov Asan, Syzdyk Zhanat, Kasymkhan Galim conducted explanatory work with foreigners during the trip. Foreign listeners looked with admiration at the construction of the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, which was built in Turkestan seven centuries ago, and listened to data on the history of the mausoleum.

Listeners were amazed to hear legends that Arystan Baba was the teacher of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, who drank water from a well in front of the mausoleum and said that it had healing properties, although salty. They were also delighted with the beautiful buildings and picturesque views of the newly built tourist complex "Caravanserai" in Turkestan. The students were pleased with the trip and thanked the teaching staff of the training center for the opportunity to travel.
