Educational and training seminar not on the topic "Practice of project management based on the PMI® PMBOK® Guide Sixth Edition standard"
From November 24-26, 2020 at the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov together with the Union of Project Managers of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a training seminar on the topic "The practice of project management based on the PMI® PMBOK® Guide Sixth Edition standard."
Seminar objectives:
- formation of a project management model based on the modern international standard PMI® PMBOK® sixth 6th Edition, ready for practical use in real work.
- providing information and knowledge on project management necessary for the day-to-day work of the project manager and project team members.
- creation of the necessary foundation of concepts, skills and a unified vocabulary for project management for further professional development.
The rector of the university Kozhamzharova D.P., a projector and director of departments, took part in the training seminar, during which the director of the commercial department of the SPM RK Ayda Dyusembayeva and the coach coach Vikulovskaya Aliya introduced the participants:
- with process groups and areas of knowledge of the PMI® RMVOK® Guide 6th edition;
- practical application of tools and methods of project management on specific training projects;
- strengthened the skills of applying the standard during the implementation of practical tasks.
As a result of the training, listeners received a certificate and admission to the exam for the title of PMI® PMP® (Project Manager Professional).
