NATIONAL DIGITAL CAREER CENTER
The project "National Digital Career" has been launched in Astana in a pilot mode.
Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek, Manager of the Astana International Financial Center Kairat Kelimbetov and rectors of universities took part in the opening of the project. The pilot project was also supported by M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.
⠀The implementation of this platform is quite effective:⠀
- Graduates firstly and quickly can get a job and they are given a wide choice of vacancies.
Secondly, employers will be able to choose talented employees from among the graduates of the best universities in the country.
⠀- The universities can guide for graduates to career achievements and control the interests and needs of employers.
Formation of the career trajectory of students taking into account the requirements and needs of the labor market it for this center is very important.
The work of the "National Center for Digital Career" will begin in November 2022 and will last until February 2023. The project covers about two thousand students of 2-4 courses of 6 universities.
We believe that the launch of the National Career Center will be one of the successful projects of the digital transformation of universities.
A meeting with students of M. Auezov University and one of the country's largest airlines of “AIR ASTANA” on November, 17, 2022 was held.
The meeting was held with explanatory work on the airline's "Ab-initio" program.
Ab-initio Pilot Training Program
A great opportunity to get a highly paid profession in a prestigious airline.
The program has been running since 2008. More than 300 people have already been trained, many of whom continue their careers as a co-pilot and commander of Air Astana.
The duration of training is from 16 to 18 months in the best flight schools in Europe. Answers to their questions were received from our students. Such meetings greatly help our students to determine their goals in the future.
