"Zhas Otan" youth wing of the history of "Nur Otan" is closely associated with the activities of the party. 

On January 17, 2008, the party "Nur Otan" held an enlarged meeting of the Political Council. At the meeting, President Nursultan Nazarbayev made a proposal to the youth wing of the Congress. "Zhas Otan" youth wing of the Congress first established in the spring of this year.

On May 14, 2008 in the capital of "Nur Otan" of "Zhas Otan" was the first congress of the youth wing. In his speech, the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in the "Zhas Otan" in front of the youth wing of the priorities. President of "Zhas Otan" role in the realization of the state youth policy, was invited to the home of every young citizen.

2008  `Zhas Otan` YW began working at South of Kazakhstan Sate university.

The 7000 students are members of young wing `Zhas Otan`,   "Zhas Otan" youth wing of the goal the Republic of Kazakhstan and the comprehensive development of young people and their intellectual potential, social status and economic status, political, legal, environmental and culture to improve the socio-economic, political and other conditions.  We evented a lot of divers actions  like `Zheltoksan yzgary`, `Biz, zhastar – el bolashagymyz` .

Rector of university Zh.U.Myrkhalykov met with students and put up with their life ,  conditions and problems and gave them definitely  mission. 

The objectives of "Zhas Otan" youth wing:

• "Zhas Otan" youth wing of the goal the Republic of Kazakhstan and the comprehensive development of young people and their intellectual potential, social status and economic status, political, legal, environmental and culture to improve the socio-economic, political and other conditions;
• "Zhas Otan" youth wing of the "Nur Otan" party youth actively pursuing a policy of state and head of the "Nur Otan" youth policy aimed at supporters of the party;
• Happened in the future by establishing a strong foundation for the country and to strengthen the unity of our people;
• Our main goal of sustainable economic and socio-political stability, which is the core of the formation of a strong middle class.

Responsibilities "Zhas Otan" youth wing:

• Youth  organizations and civil society institutions in other countries to cooperate with the relevant agreements;
• Members of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the nomination of candidates for local governments
• Socio-political stability, interethnic and interreligious harmony and support activities aimed at strengthening and participation;
• Position "Nur Otan" and "Zhas Otan" youth wing of the documents, the implementation of socio-economic reforms, all of which contribute to the strengthening of stability in the society, in cooperation with youth organizations;
• Youth programs, the development of social projects in the field of youth policy, the reception, and their active participation in the implementation of the approval;
• The youth of the country, culture, sports, social welfare and development of children and youth and the youth movement of the other activities of the organization;
• Party "Nur Otan" and "Zhas Otan" in different areas of the Black Sea Fleet to participate in the organization of advocacy.
