Purpose of the EP

Professional training of competitive masters of a new formation with fundamental knowledge, innovative educational technologies, research skills for the implementation of scientific, pedagogical, managerial activities in higher educational institutions, educational management bodies and other educational organizations, research institutions.

Learning outcomes

LO1 Analyze the main worldview and methodological problems, including those of an interdisciplinary nature, that arise in science at the present stage of its development, evaluate various facts and phenomena based on the provisions and categories of the philosophy of science.

LO2 Аpplies a foreign language to solve the problems of scientific, psychological and pedagogical management, social interaction in a multicultural and multilingual environment, analyzes and takes into account the diversity of cultures in the process of intercultural interaction.

LO3 Analyze and identify current problems, prospects, trends in the development of modern world and domestic psychological and pedagogical science and practice, international experience in education management;

LO4 Solve research and practical tasks using the methodology and methods of scientific research, mathematical statistics, technologies for analyzing the results of research activities using ICT;

LO5 Interprets the genesis, main achievements and trends of management development in psychological and pedagogical theory and modern practice; applying knowledge of cultural-historical and activity approach in solving urgent problems of management of educational systems;

LO6 Analyze the psychological conditions and features of managerial activity, taking in to account the norms of professional ethics; diagnoses and predicts the state and changes in the development of the organization;

LO7 Conduct psychological research of personality; applying modern methods of diagnosis, development, correction, therapy, counseling;

LO8 Develop programs for the development of psychological self-awareness of people; possessing methods of working with persons of deviant, delinquent, destructive, suicidal behavior and their social rehabilitation;
