Department of administration of normative documentation

Main tasks of department:

• Controls the correctness of the orders on students by the dean’s offices;
• Performs the controls of grants setting for the students studying on educational grants;
• With deans of faculties prepares and presents materials for Academic Council of the university on Presidential grants, personalized grants;
• Prepares and gives information concerning the teaching-methodical activity on demand of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Departments and other departmental services, informing the faculties and other academic subdivisions of the university about decisions of higher authorities.
• Writes answers on the letters about the issues concerning teaching and methodical work;
• Conducting the reports of the Dean’s hours which is passed every week by the prorector for academic affairs and information technologies with deans of the faculties and the head of departments, also direct mailing of Dean’s hours decisions.
