AUEZOV READINGS-16: “FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION: NEW POSSIBILITIES OF KAZAKHSTAN MODERNIZATION IN THE FIELD OF SCIENCE, EDUCATION AND CULTURE” INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE

At M. Auezov SKSU “Auezov readings-16: “Fourth industrial revolution: new possibilities of Kazakhstan modernization in the field of science, education and culture” international scientific-practical conference was held on April 12-13, 2018
The conference aimed on the creation of an information science platform to enable all categories of researchers to take part in the discussion on the tasks set by the President in the Message “New Opportunities for Development in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution”;
The conference discussed topical issues on the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev “New Opportunities for Development in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution”, the role of N. Nazarbayev in the sustainable development of society, economic and socio-political modernization of the country, political credo and initiatives, the transition to the Latin alphabet until 2025 at all levels of education.
The work of the conference conducted in the following areas: professional preparation of the future teacher for innovative activities in the field of education and culture; digitization of the economy - as a factor in the socioeconomic development of Kazakhstan; problems of development and perspectives of the state, law and civil society in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution; “Smart technologies” - a chance for a breakthrough in the development of the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan; modern directions of development of mining and chemical technology, silicate materials and metallurgy, nanotechnology; prospects for the development of the textile industry in the light of the implementation of the State Program of Innovation Industrial Development-2; food engineering and biotechnology; introduction of modern technologies in construction and engineering; life safety and environmental protection; renewable energy, resource and energy-saving technologies; theoretical and applied research in the field of physical and mathematical sciences, IT-technologies and automation of productions; sports and recreational aspects, psychological upbringing and development of a competitive personality.
Within the framework of the conference an exhibition of achievements of the scientific research works results of the M. Auezov SKSU scientists was organized. The world scientific community presented the latest developments of scientists of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University:
1. Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan “New opportunities of development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution”, one of the country's most important tasks in 2018 is the development of the third five-year plan of industrialization dedicated to becoming the industry “digital age” –as a leader of new technologies, development of IT and engineering services.
- To solve the tasks scientists of the University have developed and scientifically grounded an unparalleled atmospheric satellite in the form of an unmanned aerial vehicle for military and general use.
2. In accordance with the national idea of “Mogilik El”, born of the millennial historical experience of the Kazakh people, the scientists of the university will be presented with historical relics of the last time:
- artifacts of archaeological monuments of the Otrar Oasis of the Kangyu state epoch (Pshakshitobe hillfort, Besinshitobe and necropolis of Altintobe) were presented for the first time. They were key trade and economic centers on the Great Silk Road and a crossroads of cultural traditions of ancient Central Asia.
The conference brought together famous scientists from foreign countries (the United States of America, Great Britain, Germany, France, Poland, Malaysia, Turkey, South Korea, China, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, etc.).
The conference received more than 1000 reports, out of them 51 foreign universities and scientific organizations, 113 joint articles with foreign scientists, 148 from the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University; The conference materials published in 6 volumes. More than 232 reports were discussed at the plenary and section sessions, out of which 183 basic reports and 49 poster sessions. The conference was attended by 537 professors and teachers, 219 master and doctoral students, 262 students.
