On 21.12.2022, on the occasion of the Energy Day, on the initiative of the Higher School of Information Technology and Energy, the Department of Energy and Unconventional Energy Systems, a forum was held on the topic: "The energy industry is the main mechanism of the driver of the economy." The Vice-rector for Strategic Development and Internationalization of Education named after M. Auezov A. T. Iskakovа, Director of the Career and Employment Support Center A. B. Kaldybaev, industry specialists leading large-scale production were invited to the forum. Issues, development prospects, and strategic plans for this area were widely discussed at the forum. The result of the forum was a resolution consisting of 3 stages.

1. Annual holding of a forum of this format taking into account constantly updated global and national issues in the energy sector

2. Continuous development of the contract between the enterprise and the university in order to find young graduates as specialists

3. Creation of a new platform together with enterprises, taking into account modern requirements of modernization of educational programs.
