On October 17, 2019, an informational and explanatory meeting was held at the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with the participation of representatives of the  Migration Service of the Department  of Internal Affairs  in Shymkent city  on the topic "Rules for the entry and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan and Rules for the implementation of migration control, as well as registration of foreigners and stateless persons illegally crossing the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegally staying at territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as persons who are denied entry to the territory of the Republic ".

The purpose of this event -  is to clarify the rules and  legislations  in the migration field of  for foreign citizens of visa and visa-free regimes temporarily staying on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of studying at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University. Explanatory reports on the legal status and migration control of foreigners were made by the senior inspector for particularly important cases of the   MS  of the  DIA in Shymkent Myrzaliev Zh.B  and the lieutenant colonel of the civil affairs department of the  DIA in Shymkent city  G.Nysanbaeva. 

Foreign students from Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Afghanistan and the Russian Federation, who are currently studying at the university, attended the meeting with representatives. During the event for  foreign students were explained the rules of staying  on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as warned of the responsibility that foreign citizens and stateless persons bear in case of offenses.
