The initiative to create the “Fair Shop” was presented to all higher educational institutions and colleges of the city by the Department of Civil Service and the Anti-Corruption Administration of Shymkent. The first to support was  South Kazakhstan State University named after M.Auezov. This shop is organized by self-service system. Here, teachers and students take the necessary items, then transactions are made in cash in special cash registers. That is there are no merchants in the store, only self-service buyers.
