On October 10, 2018 teachers of the Center of Pre-University Training of M. Auezov SKSU. held a discussion of the President’s Message “Growth of Welfare of Kazakhstan people: rise of income and life quality ”.

The head of the Center, doctor of historical sciences, Professor Seidekhan Alibek, highlighted in detail 6 tasks that the country that has entered into an era of global change is expected to accomplish in the coming years.

The speaker is doctor of philosophy B. Izenbayev focused on the main goal of the Message - improving the life quality of Kazakhstan people and noted the importance of taking care of kindergartens from the state, employment of young professionals who graduated from universities.

In turn, the senior lecturer of the training center K. Myrzabekov emphasized that the increase in the minimum wage from next year to 1.5 times (from 28 thousand to 42 thousand tenge), the annual allocation of 96 billion tenge to increase wages to 35 % 270 thousand employees of public institutions in the next 3 years is also the concern of the state about the population welfare.

Senior curator A. Zhanbai noted the importance of decision on the allocation of 10% of GDP in the next 5 years in education, health, compliance with the system of assessing education quality to international standards, the relevance of 100% provision of schools and kindergartens with video surveillance installations training, cancelling of three-shift training and most importantly, the development and implementation of the law “On teacher’s status ” in 2019.

The head of the training center S. Alibek, summing up the exchange of views, noted that the integration policy implementation of universities, attracting foreign top managers on the example of the Nazarbayev University, expanding partnership and cooperation with leading educational institutions is proof of the progressive independent development of the country's education system.

At the end of the discussion, S. Alibek set the task for the curators - to carry out explanatory work in each group about main provisions of the President’s Message.

The teachers of the Center unanimously expressed the opinion that they will make a worthy contribution to the implementation of the main tasks of the Message of the Head of State.
