As part of the implementation of the roadmap for the development of trilingual education for 2015–2020, various activities are being held at SKSU named after M. Auezov to improve the language competence of the faculty. From January 15 to 25 of the current year, the advanced training department of scientific and pedagogical personnel together with the department of organization and quality assurance control in foreign languages DAA organized and conducted a refresher course on the subject “Language-Integrated Education (CLIL)”.

CLIL is the improvement of language skills through the study of subject areas, the achievement of subject and language goals simultaneously.

Tatiana Adygamovna Letyaykina, President of the National Association of Teachers of English Language (KazTEA), was invited as a lecturer on the course by conducting practical classes and trainings on the development of language skills through other subject areas.
