Visa support for foreign citizens
1) To obtain legal status, students who are citizens of near-abroad countries must apply for a TRP (Temporary Residence Permit).
2) For this, it is necessary to collect a list of documents and submit them to the Center for International Cooperation.
3) The Center for International Cooperation, in turn, within one working day, issues a petition and a power of attorney from the university to the international student.
4) The international student, having received the petition and power of attorney from the university, proceeds to the migration Public Service Center (PSC) at Zhastarap 168 and submits an application for a TRP.
5) After receiving the TRP, the international student submits a copy of this document to the Center for International Cooperation.

1) Admission to M.Auezov SKSU for foreign citizens to issue a visa for education on (C9) category in accordance of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RK «On approval of Rules for execution of invitations, coordination of invitations to entrance of the noncitizens to the Republic of Kazakhstan, issue, cancellation, recovery of the Republic of Kazakhstan visas, as well as extension and reduction of their validity term» Joint order of the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 11-1-2/555 dated November 24, 2016 and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1100 dated November 28, 2016. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan under No. 14531 on December 15, 2016.
