The Assembly Hall named after Academician S. T. Suleimenov is one of the university’s major scientific and intellectual centers. Meetings of the Academic Council, where important institutional decisions are made, as well as international and national forums, scientific and practical conferences, and seminars are held in this hall. In addition, open lectures and experience-sharing meetings conducted by professors and experts from foreign universities are organized here.
The hall is equipped with modern multimedia facilities and provides a comfortable environment for academic discussions and scholarly exchange.
The International Hall is a key venue for fostering the university’s global relations. It hosts official meetings and negotiations with foreign guests, as well as representatives of higher education institutions, research organisations and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of foreign countries to Kazakhstan. Ceremonies for signing memoranda of cooperation and other international partnership agreements are also held here.
The Dissertation Council Hall is a specially equipped venue for important academic events in the field of science. Dissertation defense procedures (Master’s, PhD, and doctoral levels) are conducted in this hall. Discussions, reviews, and evaluations of scientific projects are also carried out via Zoom communication.
The hall is equipped with modern multimedia facilities, including a projector, microphones, and a sound system, and is fully adapted to the requirements of an official academic format.
