Analytical Report on the Survey Results ‘Assessment of Students’/Graduates’ Satisfaction with the Quality of Educational Program Implementation’ (for the 2022–2023 Academic Year)


       The survey was conducted to improve the quality of the educational process, obtain feedback from students regarding the respective educational program, and analyze their opinions on current issues related to ensuring the quality of the educational process.
       The questionnaire consisted of 19 rating-scale questions. The questions were organized into five sections: “Satisfaction with Program Structure,” “Satisfaction with Educational and Methodological Support of the Program,” “Satisfaction with Program Implementation Conditions,” “Satisfaction with Material and Technical Support of the Program,” and “Overall Satisfaction with the Quality of Educational Services Provided by the Program.”
        The survey covered 3,123 students (full-time) across 34 fields of study and 96 educational programs. Questionnaires were completed via the Google mobile application. Students were informed about the survey through student groups on social networks, group chats in messengers, and email notifications. Thus, the obtained sample can be considered representative, covering more than half of the students enrolled in the respective educational programs.
