“Faculty Satisfaction with Work Organization.”

In accordance with the requirements for improving the quality of education, the standards of international accreditation rating agencies, and the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard, the university continuously conducts internal analysis and monitoring of its activities in order to enhance the quality of services provided in higher education.
One of the tools used for internal analysis is conducting surveys among students, faculty members, staff, and other stakeholders.
The Department of Sociological Research organized a survey from November 3 to November 14, 2022, on the topic “Faculty Satisfaction with Work Organization.”
The analysis of the survey conducted among the teaching staff aimed to identify potential risks of decreased effectiveness and efficiency in the university’s operations. Identifying probabilities and managing them helps improve the overall quality of the university’s performance.
A total of 777 university faculty members (out of 1462), or 53%, participated in the survey. The questionnaire contained 11 questions, and respondents were given the opportunity to select multiple options from the provided list.
Overall, the surveyed faculty members are satisfied with the working conditions at the university in many aspects.
