Graduate Questionnaire
Analytical Report on Graduate Satisfaction for the 2021–2022 Academic Year
In accordance with the requirements for improving the quality of education, the standards of international accreditation and ranking agencies, and the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards, higher education institutions are required to regularly conduct internal analysis and monitoring of their activities in order to enhance the quality of services provided.
This report is a descriptive-analytical document based on the results of the “For Graduates” survey, conducted by the Department of Sociological Research from December 22 to December 29, 2021. To prevent the spread of viral infections at YUKU, the survey was organized in an online format.
A total of 2,470 university graduates participated in the survey, including 1,000 women (40.6%) and 1,466 men (59.4%).
Target audience: Graduates
Objectives of the study:

To identify the level of graduates’ satisfaction with the results of their education and the qualifications of the teaching staff;

To identify the causes of graduate unemployment;

To obtain recommendations from graduates for improving the educational process.
To assess the level of satisfaction of graduates of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University with the quality of the educational program, both general questions and more specific questions were asked, testing various aspects of the learning process.
