Faculty Satisfaction with Work Organization (2021–2022)

In accordance with the requirements for improving the quality of education, the standards of international accreditation and ranking agencies, and the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard, higher education institutions are required to conduct ongoing internal analysis and monitoring of their activities to enhance the quality of services provided.
One of the tools for conducting internal analysis is surveys of students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.
The Department of Sociological Research organized a survey on faculty satisfaction with work organization from December 22 to December 29, 2021.
The analysis of the survey among the university’s teaching staff was conducted to identify potential risks to the effectiveness and efficiency of the university’s activities. Assessing and managing these probabilities helps to improve the overall quality of the university’s performance.
A total of 789 university faculty members out of 1,411 (56%) participated in the survey. The questionnaire included 12 questions, and respondents were given the option to select multiple answers from the provided list.
