Purpose of the EP

Learning outcomes

LO 1 Effectively apply communication skills and abilities, be fluent in literary, business written and oral speech in a multilingual environment, public speech skills; be able to create and edit legal texts, analyze the logic of reasoning and statements

LO2 Analyze and understand ideological, socially and personally significant philosophical problems, know the basic provisions and methods of social and humanitarian sciences, including legal, be able to use them in solving professional problems, analyze socially significant problems and processes;

LO3 Analyze and critically evaluate socially significant legal problems and processes, reasonably and methodically competently apply a scientific approach to the analysis and evaluation of conceptual issues of state-legal phenomena.

LO4 To conduct qualified scientific research in the field of problems of jurisprudence, formulate sound recommendations for improving law-making and law enforcement activities; be able to organize and manage the activities of departments

LO5 Possess the skills of logical and analytical thinking, realize professional potential in the implementation of pedagogical activities; effectively carry out legal education.

LO 6 To make decisions on creating conditions for the prevention of offenses, identifying and eliminating the causes of offenses in official situations of high uncertainty.
