Purpose of the EP

 

The training of demanded bachelors of initiative, adapted to the changing demands of the labor market, capable of competently solving production tasks in the field of processing industries

All branches of the processing industry, ensuring the development of technological processes and production of goods from processing industries, design, research organizations, enterprises of various forms and types of activities in the processing industry

Learning out comes

LО1 To acquire communication skills in a professional environment in Kazakh, Russian and English languages with an understanding of the principles of academic integrity.

LО2 Demonstrate natural science, mathematical knowledge, socio-cultural, professional development based on the formation of ideological, civic, spiritual and social responsibility, methods of scientific and experimental research

LО3 To develop information and computer literacy, the ability to generalize, analyze and perceive information, as well as set a goal and choose ways to achieve it.

LО4 To implement new methods of organizing the technological process of production based on regulatory documents to improve the safety and environmental friendliness of production activities, industrial sanitation and labor protection in production, certify and maintain systems for ensuring the quality and safety of food products.

LО5 To realize technological design and effective project developments based on the analysis of technological processes of processing industries.

LО6 To ensure the implementation of technochemical and microbiological quality control of the raw materials and final products for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documentation, interaction with suppliers of raw materials on the quality and safety of the supplied products.

LО7 To improve existing technological processes on the basis of a systematic approach to assessing the quality of raw materials, technological equipment and requirements for final products based on an analysis of the advantages of a particular finished product, taking into account the types of defects and ways to prevent them in the production of food products.

LО8 To operate modern technological equipment based on the selection and calculation of production capacities and equipment loading in accordance with the requirements of safety and environmental friendliness of production.

LО9 To implement the components of the technological process based on the material balance, taking into account the consumption rate of raw materials, semi-finished products, production recipe, food and energy value.

LО10 Develop recipes for new products according to economically justified technological production processes, and create new production workshops, technological lines for ready-to-use products in accordance with new instructions and technical regulations.

LО11 To use research, entrepreneurial skills, solve problems, assess risks, make decisions and adjust their actions in accordance with the conditions of the working situation when developing technologies for new products of processing industries in non-standard situations.

LО12 To demonstrate the self-education and self-discipline skills, a healthy lifestyle throughout life, work individually and in a team.
