Purpose of the EP

Preparation of competitive masters who are ready for scientific and pedagogical activities in the field of social work, who have knowledge of theoretical and applied nature, ensuring their professional suitability, readiness to professionally solve problems related to social protection and social support of the population.

Learningoutcomes

LО 1 - Is able to analyze the main ideological and methodological problems, including interdisciplinary ones, arising in science at the present stage of its development, evaluate various facts and phenomena based on the provisions and categories of the philosophy of science, management psychology.

LО 2 - Is able to develop an educational and methodological complex of disciplines, critically evaluate the scientific organization of the work of a higher school teacher, analyze the nature of pedagogical phenomena.

LО 3 - Aware of the methods of scientific knowledge, able to analyze existing concepts, theories and approaches to the study of processes and phenomena in the field of social research.

LО 4 - Possesses the skills of professional communication and intercultural communication, including in a foreign language, aimed at solving the problems of social partnership to improve the social protection of the population.

LО 5 - Is able to develop social projects, taking into account possible social risks in order to improve the social well-being of the population and protect socially vulnerable segments of society.

LО 6 –  Is able to use modern mediation technologies, applying methods of social innovation to monitor the level of social tension in conflict situations.

LО 7 – Possesses the skills of leadership and team management in conducting a professional and comprehensive analysis of problems in the field of social protection of the population.

LО 8 - Is able to solve the problems of socialization of young people within the framework of the socialology of labor, using current methods of social management.
