Main tasks of the adaptation and support center:

• informational support of foreign students in the educational process;
• familiarization of foreign citizens with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the SKU, concerning the rules of stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• monitoring their execution and ensuring their safety;
• monitoring the relocation of students of all forms of education in the hostel;
• assistance in solving problems that arise when living in a hostel;
• monitoring and execution of housing rent agreements in student dormitories;
• monitoring compliance of foreign students with the rules of residence in the hostel (together with the management of the hostel););
• preparation of draft orders (instructions) for foreign students;
• organization and control of medical examinations of foreign students;
• coordination of work on social adaptation of foreign students;

The main objectives of the center of noticification and apostille:

• Preparation and holding of meetings, meetings of the management of SKU with foreign students on issues of training and stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Preparation and submission of reports on the composition of the contingent of foreign citizens studying in all forms of training at SKU;
• registration of foreign students;
• assistance to foreign citizens in the process of establishing the equivalence of the level of knowledge obtained in foreign countries, the Kazakh level of education (nostrification) ;

monitoring the progress of foreign students;
