    General information

    The Center for Career Guidance (CCG) is a subdivision of RSE on the REM of M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University (SKSU), providing organizational, methodological and advertising-informational support for the formation of student contingent and preparation of applicants for admission to the university.

    Career guidance work - a set of activities conducted by an educational institution of vocational education, interconnected with a Call - center that promotes the organization, development and dissemination of an information and consultation system on career guidance activities of a university.

    Organizational structure of the Center for career guidance (CCG)

    The main tasks of the Center for Career Guidance:

    - implementation of the SKSU Policy and Goals in the field of career guidance;

    - fulfillment of obligations in the field of quality and the requirements of the quality management system;

    - organization of career guidance work among graduates of district and city schools and colleges;

    - coordination of career guidance at the university;

    - elaboration of a unified plan of career guidance;

    - mastering a certain system of knowledge for the implementation of future professional activities;

    - formation of skills to operate with information about future professions.

    - preparation of draft local documents governing career guidance, submitting them for approval to the rector of the University;

    -  organize, plan and control the processes of career guidance of the university.

     

    The main tasks of the Call - center:

    - mailing information about SKSU to rural schools (hard-to-reach areas);

    - work with the media (radio, television, print media) on the information support of the university;

    - advising applicants and their parents on admission to the university;

    - conducting presentations for the target audience and assisting in choosing the direction of training and the future profession.

     

    The main tasks of the department of formation of the contingent of students:

    - informing the administrations of educational institutions about the events held at the University (conferences, olympiads, Open days, competitions, master classes and others);

    - organization and holding of meetings, events for students and their parents in the region and regions of district, city schools and colleges;

    - organization and conduct of events to introduce students to the traditions of the university and a visit to the museum.

    Center news

    The pandemic is not a barrier in establishing cooperation between universities

     

    On December 21, 2020, an online meeting was held between the departments of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University and the Namangan civil engineering Institute, which trains specialists in the field of construction and construction materials, using the  ZOOM platform to promote the center for career guidance of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.

    The purpose of the meeting was to get acquainted with the activities of related departments and further cooperation in the field of career guidance, educational, methodological and scientific process, academic mobility, etc.

    Representatives of the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov, in particular, Director of the center for career guidance Murat Aitureev, heads of the Departments such as "Industrial, civil and road construction" Zhumadilla Aldiyarov and "Technology of building materials, products and structures" Bahadyr Kopzhasarov familiarized with the activities of the University and the corresponding departments.

    In turn, representatives of Namangan engineering-construction Institute, in particular, the Dean of construction faculty Sobirzhan Razzakov and head of the Department "Production of building materials, products and structures" Sattar Holmirzaev introduced with the workings of the faculty and the Department.

    Also, the online meeting was attended by a representative of the Ferghana Polytechnic Institute, head of the Department "Production of building materials, products and structures" Makhmudzhan Ergashev.

     

           

     

    On 31st of January 2020, the Higher school "Textile and food engineering", M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University held an event "Day of open doors" for graduates of colleges and schools of Shymkent.

    The open day was attended by heads of employers in the textile and food industries: production manager of LLP "Bal Tekstil" Karakulov N., director of LLP "Alia"Shirshikbaeva N., director of LLP "Temirshikov and K" Temirshikov I., parents, university graduates, undergraduates, and graduates of schools and colleges. Future applicants were given information about the educational programs, material and technical base and achievements of the university, the characteristics of Higher school specialties and in which institutions they can work after graduating from our specialties.

    At the end of the event, students of the colleges and schools visited the training laboratories of the departments of the Higher school of Textile and food engineering, talked with the teaching staff and got acquainted with the work of research societies.


    In the Assembly hall of the South Kazakhstan state University named after M. Auezov Higher school "Chemical engineering and biotechnology "G. 30.01.2020 held "open Day" to inform about the demand in the labor market specialties prepared in University for vocational orientation in choosing a future profession among graduates of 11 schools of Shymkent.

    The event was opened by doctor of technical Sciences, Professor, two-time best teacher of the University, Dean of the Higher school "Chemical engineering and biotechnology" anarbayev Abibulla Abildaevich, who told the graduates about the specialties and prospects for the development of the Higher school.

    During an hour and a half, parents of University students, heads of organizations that employ graduates, noted the need to choose the future profession of graduates at the request of the heart, as well as interesting information about the specifics of each profession. In General, the event was held in a very cozy and warm atmosphere.

    Each graduate was given materials about the University and specialties of the faculty and given comprehensive oral answers to questions from graduates. The event ended with an excursion of graduates to the specialized laboratories of the departments of the Higher school of Chemical engineering and biotechnology.


    23 January 2020 South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov faculty of Philology “Ashyk esik” day for school graduates of Shymkent

    On 23.01.2020 at 10:00 in the assembly hall of SKSU named after M. Auezov by Philology faculty was conducted “Ashyk esik” for graduates of city schools and colleges. The event was led by dean of faculty of Philology, Doctor of philological sciences, professor Tleuberdiyev Bolatbek Makulbekovich. The event was attended by school students № 6,8,32,37,47,50,61,70,78,79,86 and graduates of some colleges with their classroom teachers and supervisors. The Guests of the event were: lecturer of California University Avi Tepfer (USA), lecturer of  Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics, master (China), teacher of  Nazarbayev Intellectual school, master, SKSU’s doctoral student Makhmudov Gaukharbek Ravshanbekovich gave an interesting speech. Students and pupils got satisfactory answers to their questions. During the event were shown video about university’s history and specialties. Booklets about university specialties were distributed and given graduates. At the end of the event there was an excursion in departments for visitors. 


    "Open Day" on career guidance of the faculty of "Jurisprudence and International Relations"

    21.01.2020 Faculty of Jurisprudence and International Relations SKSU named after M. Auezov held an open day for vocational guidance for graduates of schools and colleges of Shymkent. The guests of the event were city law enforcement officials, parents, university graduates, schools and college graduates. Prospective applicants were provided with detailed information on the history, material and technical base of the university, and specialties.

    Dean of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and International Relations of South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezova - OryntaevZh.K., senior inspector of the personnel policy department of Shymkent Police Department, senior police lieutenant - MamyrSh.N., Investigator of police department of the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Directorate, Abay district of Shymkent, senior police lieutenant - Tursynbaev D.B., the judge of the Abay district court of the city of Shymkent - Otarbaev E.B., the specialized inter-district administrative court of the city of Shymkent - Aliyev N.D. and parents also told potential applicants that they should take a solid step when choosing a profession for the future. Dean of the faculty of Jurisprudenceand International Relations -OryntaevZh.K.provided detailed information on the specialties of the faculty, acquainted with the internal regulations of the university, conducted a tour of the university library, museum, special student service center, and courtroom, forensic and educational departments.


    08.01.2020 there was a meeting devoted to career guidance work was held at the M.Auezov SKSU, where issues were actively discussed and recommendations were proposed to improve the development of career guidance activities in order to attract applicants for the 2020-2021 new academic year.

    Rules of admission to SKSU

    Rules for admission to study in educational programs of higher education

     

    1. These Rules for admission to education (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 “On Education”.

    2. In SKSU named after M. Auezov (hereinafter - SKSU) are accepted persons with a general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher education.

    3. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with technical and vocational, post-secondary or higher education are admitted to study under the educational programs of higher education, providing for shortened periods of study.

    Admission of persons with technical and vocational or post-secondary education with the qualification of “middle level specialist” or “applied bachelor” in related areas of higher education personnel providing for shortened training periods for paid tuition is carried out by the selection committee of SKSU.

     Admission of persons with higher education in the group of educational programs providing for reduced terms of study on a paid basis is carried out by the selection committee of SKSU.

    4. Admission of foreign citizens to study on a paid basis is carried out by the university commission, created in the areas of training by conducting an oral interview with filling out the protocol in any form. For the period of the commission, an introductory interview is allowed for applicants who wish to undergo a second interview.

    5. Admission to study in groups of educational programs of higher education that require special and (or) creative training, including in the areas of education "Pedagogical Sciences", is carried out taking into account the results of special and (or) creative exams.

    6. For the organization and conduct of special and (or) creative exams by the decision of the rector or by the person performing his responsibilities, an examination committee is created for the period of the examination.

    7. Special and (or) creative exams are carried out in groups of educational programs, in accordance with the List of groups of educational programs for which special and (or) creative exams are conducted in accordance with Appendix 1 to this Regulation.

    Persons applying for educational programs of higher education requiring special and (or) creative training, including in the field of education “Pedagogical Sciences”, submit the following documents to the selection committee for passing special and (or) creative exams:

    1) a document on general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education (original);

    2) 2 photographs measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;

    3) a copy of an identity document;

    4) Certificate of Unified National Testing (if available);

    5) a copy of the document confirming the presence of one of the sports categories and (or) sports ranks (if any).

    8. Acceptance of applications from applicants for the creative exam is carried out from June 20 to July 7 of the calendar year.

    The creative exam is held from July 8 to 13 of the calendar year.

    9. Persons entering a group of higher education educational programs requiring creative training, having documents about general secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education, pass two creative exams.

    Persons entering the group of educational programs of higher education that require creative training in related areas of training higher education personnel, providing for shortened training periods, pass one creative exam.

    The form for conducting special and (or) creative exams shall be established in accordance with Appendix 2 to this Regulation.

    10. Acceptance of documents and a special exam for admission in the field of education “Pedagogical Sciences” are carried out from June 20 to August 14 of the calendar year.

    11. For persons with secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education, entering a group of educational programs of higher education that require creative training, points are taken into account on the history of Kazakhstan, reading literacy (language of instruction).

    For people entering the group of educational programs of higher education, requiring creative training in related areas of training higher education personnel, providing for shortened periods of study, points in a special discipline are taken into account.

    12. The programs for conducting special and (or) creative exams are developed by the corresponding base departments of SKSU and approved by the rector or the person performing his duties.

    13. The schedule of special and (or) creative exams (the form of the exam, the date, time and place of the consultation) is communicated to applicants before the reception of documents.

    14. Admission of special and (or) creative exams to the audience (premises) is carried out upon presentation of an identity document.

    Special and (or) creative exams are held in classrooms (rooms) equipped with video and (or) audio recordings.

    15. Creative exams for applicants who have documents about general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education, are evaluated on a 40-point system.

    16. The creative exam for applicants in related areas of higher education training, providing for shortened training periods, is assessed according to a 20-point system.

    17. The results of the creative exam are drawn up by a sheet of assessments, the results of a special exam - by a sheet of admission, a protocol of the commission in any form. The protocol of the commission is signed by the chairman and all members of the commission present.

    18. The results of special and (or) creative exams are announced on the day of the exam.

    19. For the period of the examinations, in order to comply with the requirements for a special and (or) creative exam, resolve disputes, protect the rights of persons who pass the relevant examinations, an appeal commission is created by order of the rector or by the person performing his duties, the composition of which consists of an odd the number of members, including its chairman.

    20. An appeal application is submitted to the chairman of the appeal commission in person by the person who passed the special or creative exam, is accepted until 13.00 hours the next day after the announcement of the results of the special or creative exam and is considered by the appeal commission within one day.

    21. The enrollment of students enrolling in SKSU is carried out by the selection committee from August 10 to 25 of the calendar year by order of the rector or by the person performing his duties.

    Holders of an educational grant for higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget, as well as tuition at the expense of citizens and other sources, choose an educational program from the corresponding group of educational programs.

    The admission committee of SKSU entering the application for admission shall attach:

    1) a document on general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary or higher education (original);

    2) a copy of an identity document;

    3) 6 photo cards measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;

    4) a medical certificate in the form of 086-U;

    5) Certificate of Unified National Testing;

    6) extract from the sheet (for applicants for higher education educational programs that require special and (or) creative training, including in the areas of education “Pedagogical Sciences”);

    7) educational grant award certificate (if any).

    22. Persons with secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education, with the exception of those coming in related areas of higher education personnel training, providing for shortened training periods without a threshold score, shall be enrolled in SKSU on a full-time basis on a paid basis until the end of the first academic period.

    Upon completion of the 1 (first) academic period of study, these persons re-pass the Unified National Testing within the established time frame in accordance with the Rules for the unified national testing.

    23. According to the results of the Unified National Testing, persons who have earned a threshold score shall submit an application addressed to the rector or to the person performing his duties for admission to SKSU on a paid basis.

    The application is accompanied by a certificate of Unified National Testing, a copy of the transcript signed by an authorized person and sealed.

    24. Enrollment in SKSU is carried out separately for educational programs of higher education and language departments.

    Admission to higher education educational programs, for which creative exams are established, is carried out taking into account the scores for these exams, with the exception of those entering the related areas of higher education personnel, providing for shortened training periods.

    Enrollment in the fields of education “Pedagogical Sciences” is carried out taking into account the results of a special exam.

    For enrollment in SKSU for persons with secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education who have passed the Unified National Testing on the basis of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget and for paid tuition, you need to score at least 50 points, and in the field of “Pedagogical sciences” "- at least 60 points, including at least 5 points - on the history of Kazakhstan, mathematical literacy, reading literacy - the language of instruction, and at least 5 points for each file object.

    Persons with secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education, enrolling in higher education programs requiring creative training, with the exception of those entering the related fields of higher education, providing for reduced terms of study who have passed the Unified National Testing on the basis of an educational grant of higher education for account of funds of the republican budget or local budget and paid tuition, you must collect at least 50 points, and in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" - at least 60 points, including at least 5 points - for the history of Kazakhstan, reading literacy - the language of instruction, and at least 5 points for each creative exam.

    Persons with technical and vocational, post-secondary education, coming in related areas of training higher education personnel, providing for shortened training periods, who have passed the Unified National Testing on the basis of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or local budget, must score at least 25 points, in including at least 5 points in general professional discipline and at least 5 points in special discipline.

    Persons with technical and vocational, post-secondary education, coming in related areas of higher education personnel training, providing for shortened training periods, requiring creative training, who have passed the Unified National Testing on the basis of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget, must receive at least 25 points, including at least 5 points for a creative exam and at least 5 points for a special discipline.

    25. Documents in a foreign language are provided with a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.

    Documents on education issued by foreign educational organizations go through the nostrification procedure in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the enrollment of persons during the 1 (first) academic period of study.

    Rules for admission to study in educational programs of postgraduate education

     

    1. These Rules for admission to study in educational programs of postgraduate education (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 “On Education”.

    2. Admission of undergraduates, doctoral students in Auezov SKSU (hereinafter - SKSU) is carried out by placing a state educational order for the training of personnel in scientific, pedagogical and specialized areas, as well as tuition at the expense of students and other sources.

    3. Admission of persons to the magistracy and doctoral studies at SKSU is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of comprehensive testing (hereinafter - CT) or entrance exams.

    4. Admission of foreign citizens to study at SKSU on a paid basis is carried out according to the results of the interview conducted by the selection committee.

    5. Documents on education issued by foreign educational organizations are recognized or nostrified in the manner prescribed by law in accordance with the Rules for the recognition and nostrification of documents on education, approved by order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2008 No. 8.

    6. The selection committee of SKSU carries out:

    1) advising applicants on issues of a selectable group of educational programs of postgraduate education, familiarization with the CT procedure and / or entrance (creative) exam;

    2) the organization of reception and verification of documents received;

    3) ensuring the issuance of passes for CT and CT certificates of a standard form;

    4) the organization of the entrance (creative) exam in groups of educational programs.

    7. Acceptance of applications for master's and doctoral studies is carried out by the selection committee through the information system. The deadline for accepting applications is from July 3 to 25 of the calendar year.

    CT, entrance exams for groups of educational programs, creative exams are held from August 8 to 16 of the calendar year, admission - until August 28 of the calendar year.

    8. Persons who have mastered the educational programs of higher education are admitted to the magistracy.

    9. Persons entering the magistracy submit the following documents to the selection committee through the information system:

    1) a statement of the established form;

    2) a document on higher education (original, when submitting documents to the selection committee);

    3) a copy of an identity document;

    4) six photographs measuring 3x4 centimeters;

    5) medical certificate form 086-U;

    6) a copy of the certificate of passing the test for the programs specified in paragraph 12 of these Rules (if any);

    Together with copies of the documents referred to in this clause, their originals are provided for verification conducted in the presence of the applicant. After reconciliation, the original documents are returned.

    When providing an incomplete list of documents referred to in this paragraph, the selection committee does not accept documents from applicants.

    10. Persons entering the magistracy pass a CT, including a test in a foreign language (optionally English, German, French), a test in the profile of groups of educational programs, a test to determine readiness for study of choice in Kazakh or Russian.

    Persons entering a master's program with an English language of instruction pass a CT, which includes a test on the profile of groups of educational programs in English and a test to determine readiness for study of choice in Kazakh or Russian or English.

    Persons entering the magistracy in groups of educational programs requiring creative training pass:

    1) CT, including a test in a foreign language (optionally English, German, French), a test to determine the willingness to study for choice in Kazakh or Russian.

    2) two creative exams on the profile of groups of educational programs.

    11. Creative exams on the profile of groups of educational programs are conducted in accordance with Appendix 1 to these Rules.

    Examination commissions for groups of educational programs requiring creative preparation are created for the period of creative exams for master's programs at SKSU. The creation of one examination committee in related areas of training is allowed.

    The composition of the examination commissions is formed from the number of faculty members who have the degree of doctor or candidate of science or the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the corresponding profile and are approved by order of the rector or by the person performing his duties with the indication of the chairmen of the commissions.

    Programs for creative exams are approved by the chairman of the selection committee.

    The schedule of creative exams (the form of the exam, the date, time and place of the consultation) is approved by the chairman of the selection committee and is brought to the attention of applicants before the reception of documents.

    Creative exams are held in classrooms equipped with video and / or audio recording.

    The results of the creative exam are documented in a sheet of assessments and the protocol of the commission in any form, which are transmitted to the responsible secretary of the admissions committee to announce the results. The protocol of the commission is signed by the chairman and all members of the commission present.

    12. Persons holding one of the international certificates confirming knowledge of a foreign language in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of knowledge of a foreign language are exempted from the CT foreign language test to the magistracy in the following languages:

    English: Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm (TOEFL ITP ) - at least 163 points),

    Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT, threshold score - at least 46),

    Test оf English as a Foreign Language Paper-based testing (TOEFL PBT) threshold score - not less than 453,

    Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-delivered testing (TOEFL PDT) - threshold score - at least 65),

    International English Language Tests System (IELTS), threshold score - at least 5.5);

    German: Deutsche Sprach pruеfungfuеrden Hochschulzugang  (DSH, Niveau C1 / level C1), Test DaF-Prufung (Niveau C1 / level C1);

    French: Test de Franzais International ™ - (TFI) - not lower than level B1 in the reading and listening sections), Diplome d'Etudes en Langue françise - (DELF, level B2), Diplome Approfondide Langue Françise - (DALF, level C1), Test deconnaissance dufrançais - (TCF - at least 400 points).

    Persons entering the magistracy for groups of educational programs in the fields of education “Pedagogical Sciences”, “Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics”, “Information and Communication Technologies”, “Engineering, Processing and Construction Industries”, as well as training areas for the humanities , “Social Sciences”, “Business and Management” are exempted from CT in Masters with Kazakh or Russian languages ​​of education in the presence of an international certificate of passing the standardized test Graduate Record Examinations GRE with points according to Appendix 2 to this Regulation.

    Persons entering the magistracy for groups of educational programs in the fields of education “Pedagogical Sciences”, “Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics”, “Information and Communication Technologies”, “Engineering, Processing and Construction Industries”, as well as training areas for the “Humanities” , "Social Sciences", "Business and Management" are exempted from CT in the master's program with the English language of instruction in the presence of an international certificate of passing the standardized test Graduate Record Examinations GRE with points according to Appendix 3 to this Regulation.

    Persons entering the magistracy for the group of educational programs of the training program “Business and Management” are exempted from CT in the magistracy with Kazakh or Russian as the language of instruction in the presence of an international certificate of passing the standardized Graduate Management Admission Test GMAT with points according to Appendix 4 to this Regulation.

    13. Persons with a master's degree and at least 1 (one) year work experience are accepted for doctoral studies.

    14. Persons entering doctoral studies submit the following documents to the selection committee and (or) through the information system:

    1) application (in any form);

    2) a copy of an identity document;

    3) certificate of education (original, when submitting documents to the selection committee);

    4) an international certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of knowledge of a foreign language;

    5) medical certificate form 086-U;

    6) six photographs measuring 3x4 centimeters;

    7) a personal sheet for personnel records or another document confirming labor activity, certified by the personnel service at the place of work;

    8) a list of scientific and scientific-methodological works (if any);

    Together with copies of the documents referred to in this clause, their originals are provided for verification conducted in the presence of the applicant. After reconciliation, the original documents are returned.

    When providing an incomplete list of documents referred to in this paragraph, the selection committee does not accept documents from applicants.

    15. Applicants to doctoral programs provide international certificates confirming knowledge of a foreign language in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of knowledge of a foreign language:

    English: Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program - TOEFL ITP - at least 138 points),

    Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT), пороговый балл – не менее 32 баллов,

    Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-based testing (TOEFL PBT); threshold score - at least 400,

    Test of English as a Foreign Language Paper-delivered testing (TOEFL PDT - threshold score - not less than 47),

    International English Language Tests System (IELTS); threshold score - at least 4.5);

    German: Deutsche Sprach pruеfungfuеrden Hochschulzugang (DSH, Niveau B2 / level B2), TestDaF-Prufung (Niveau B2 / level B2);

    French: Test de Franzais International ™ - (TFI) - not lower than level B1 in the reading and listening sections), Diplome d'Etudesen Langue françise - (DELF), level B2) , Diplome Approfondi de Langue française - (DALF), level C1), Test de connaissance du français - (TCF) - at least 400 points.

    16. The entrance exam for groups of educational doctoral programs in accordance with Appendix 5 is conducted in oral-written form.

    17. For the period of the entrance examinations for doctoral studies, examination commissions are established for groups of educational programs. The creation of one examination committee in related areas of training is allowed.

    18. Examination commissions for groups of educational programs are formed from among the faculty, employees with a doctorate or Ph.D degree in the corresponding profile.

    The composition of the examination commissions indicating their chairmen is approved by order of the rector.

    Programs and the schedule of entrance examinations (exam form, date, time and place, consultations) for groups of educational programs are developed and approved by the chairman of the selection committee.

    Entrance exams for groups of educational programs are held in classrooms equipped with video recording.

    The results of the entrance exam are documented in a sheet of assessments and the protocol of the commission in any form, which are transmitted to the responsible secretary of the admissions committee to announce the results. The protocol of the commission is signed by the chairman and all members of the commission present.

    Persons entering the groups of educational programs in the fields of education “Pedagogical Sciences”, “Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics”, “Information and Communication Technologies”, “Engineering, Processing and Construction Industries”, as well as training areas “Humanities”, “ Social Sciences”, “Business and Management” are exempted from entrance exams for doctoral studies in the presence of an international certificate of passing the standardized test Graduate Record Examinations GRE with points according to Appendix 6 to this Regulation.

    19. The enrollment of persons in the magistracy is carried out according to the results of the CT in accordance with the Scale of the 150-point assessment system for CT in the master's program with the Kazakh or Russian language of instruction in accordance with Appendix 7 to these Rules: at least 75 points, including in a foreign language - at least 25 points, according to the profile of the group of educational programs: with the choice of one correct answer - at least 15 points, with the choice of one or more correct answers - at least 20 points, in the test for determining readiness for learning - at least 15 points.

    The enrollment of persons in a master's program with an English language of instruction is carried out according to the results of CT in accordance with the Scale of a 100-point rating system for CT in a master's program with an English language of instruction in accordance with Appendix 8 to these Rules: at least 25 points, including the test for determining readiness for training - at least 7 points, according to the profile of the group of educational programs: with the choice of one correct answer - at least 8 points, with the choice of one or more correct answers - at least 10 points.

    The enrollment of persons in the magistracy in groups of educational programs requiring creative preparation is carried out according to the results of CT and creative exams in the profile of a group of educational programs according to Appendix 7: at least 74 points, including in a foreign language - at least 25 points, according to the test for determination readiness for training - at least 15 points and for creative exams - at least 17 points for each creative exam. The maximum number of points for each creative exam is 35 points.

    The enrollment of persons in doctoral studies is carried out on the basis of an international certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of knowledge of a foreign language and according to the results of the entrance exam in the profile of a group of educational doctoral programs and scored at least 50 points out of a possible 100 points.

    20. The persons who scored the highest scores on CT and (or) the entrance exam and (or) creative exams are enrolled in the state educational order on a competitive basis:

    1) for scientific, pedagogical and specialized magistracy with the Kazakh or Russian language of instruction, including for groups of educational programs requiring creative training - at least 75 points;

    2) for magistracy with the English language of instruction - at least 60 points;

    21. On a competitive basis, persons who have scored at least 75 points in the entrance exam are enrolled in doctoral studies on a state educational order.

    22. In the case of the same indicators of competitive points, the priority right for admission to doctoral studies is given to persons who have the highest rating in the profile of the group of the educational program. Then, scientific achievements that are relevant to the profile of the educational program are taken into account: scientific publications, including in rating scientific publications; certificates of scientific development; certificates of awarding scientific scholarships, grants; diplomas / diplomas for participation in scientific conferences and competitions.
