In accordance with the requirements of improving the quality of education, the standards of international accreditation rating agencies and the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015, the university should carry out internal analysis and monitoring of its activities on an ongoing basis in order to improve the quality of services provided.

One of the tools for conducting an internal analysis is interviewing and interviewing students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.

From 03.11 to 14.11 of 2022, the Department of Social Research organized a survey on the satisfaction of teachers with the organization of Labor.

The analysis of the conducted survey of the teaching staff was carried out to identify the risks of reducing the effectiveness and effectiveness of the University's activities. Determining probabilities and managing them allows you to improve the quality of the University's activities as a whole.

Of the university teachers (1462), 777, that is, 53%, took part in the survey. In the questionnaire, 11 questions were asked and the respondent was given the opportunity to choose several options from the list provided.

In general, the surveyed teachers were satisfied with the working conditions at the University in many aspects.
