THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATORS IS TAKING PLACE

Leading educators and university scholars from around the world are gathering to explore innovative directions for educating the next generation. Today, the V International Forum of Innovative Educators opened at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, where participants are discussing the theme "Modern Education: Challenges, Trends, and Strategies."

The forum brought together university faculty members from Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine, as well as college instructors, preschool educators and teachers from general education schools, lyceums and gymnasiums.

The forum aims to expand the creative potential of educators, strengthen scientific and methodological standards, improve the quality of education, develop human capital and promote the modernisation of professional and pedagogical education, focusing on sustainable development.

At the opening ceremony, Ernar Imangaliyev, the university's Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, welcomed the participants and wished them success.

Further welcome addresses were given by Gao Sun (PhD), Professor of Education and Higher Education at Ili Pedagogical University (China); Sergey Gribkov (Academician of the Russian Engineering Academy, Candidate of Historical Sciences and Honoured Energy Specialist of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation); Dinara Sambaeva (Academician of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Candidate of Historical Sciences and Professor); and Abzal Dzhuvanbayev (Head of the Department of Education, Shymkent).

Each speaker addressed key issues facing modern education.

Throughout the forum, both online and in-person sessions are taking place, featuring plenary presentations by leading national and international researchers, open lectures, presentations of innovative projects, masterclasses, roundtable discussions and professional development workshops.

As part of the event, an exhibition is also being held to highlight the scientific achievements of Auezov University researchers, students, and local schoolchildren.

Topics discussed include elite education, the application of artificial intelligence in education, and the development of Kazakhstan’s educational model, particularly with regard to innovation, information technology, and healthcare.
