A seminar on "Synergy of science and business in the digital age" was held at the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University. The event was moderated by Ernar Imangaliyev, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Member of the Board.

As an invited guest, Dr. Sanjar Aubakirov, Director of CINO Innoforce.kz, gave an insightful presentation and announced his intention to cooperate with Auezov University.

In his speech, he addressed the pressing issue of the shortage of STEM specialists and IT professionals with industry experience in Kazakhstan's universities. He also noted the need for more practitioners to review and refine educational programs. Effective research, he said, depends on clearly defined problems and access to relevant data, with universities playing a critical role in both research and training the next generation of experts.

Sanjar Aubakirov is the former Technical Director of Innoforce, a position he held for seven years until 2024. With a strong background in software development and IT sales, he created the Avtobys.kz project and played a key role in many startups. His journey with Innoforce started in 2009.
