In his speech, he noted, today within the framework of this project an international scientific and practical conference devoted to the study and discussion of the phenomenon of leadership of our President is organized. The welcoming speech was made by the rector of the SKSU named after Yu. M. Auezova, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of NAS RK Myrkhalykov Zh.U. In his speech, he noted that the goal of the Elbasy Library's traveling exhibition project is to show Elbasa's role in the formation of independent Kazakhstan, leadership qualities, effective reforms, and the selfless work of our President.
