On May 24, 2023, Borovkov Alexey Ivanovich, Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, head of the advanced engineering school "Digital Engineering", the world-class Scientific Center "Advanced Digital Technologies", the Competence Center "New Production Technologies" and the Engineering Center, paid an official visit to M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University CompMechLab® St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of Peter the Great.

For the purpose of conceptual discussion of cooperation within the framework of his visit, Borovkov A.I. met with the leadership of Auezov University, representatives of industry and industrial partners.

And also, according to the program of the visit, Borovkov Alexey Ivanovich held a guest lecture for university scientists on the topic "Ecosystem of technological development of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University: experience in solving frontier problems of industry".

Borovkov A.I. will also take part in the plenary session of the international scientific and practical conference "Auezov Readings-21: New Kazakhstan – the future of the country", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the South Kazakhstan University named after M.Auezov.
