A STUDENT OF JOURNALISM MAJORED IN THE REPUBLICAN ESSAY CONTEST.

A republican essay contest dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the People's writer of Kazakhstan Sherkhan Murtaza was held in Turkestan. More than 60 students from different regions of the country took part in the republican essay contest "Sherkhan Alemi", organized by the Department of Culture of the Turkestan region and the Turkestan regional branch of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan. According to the results of the competition, a 3rd-year student of the Journalism specialty of the Faculty of Philology Samidin Aruzhan was awarded the prize III place. Head: Head of the Department of Journalism and the Kazakh language Turabayeva Lazzat Kalykulovna.

The Department of PPS "journalism and Kazakh language" for the reporting period published 58 scientific articles. From the 1st to the second round of the conference, 1-in the journals of the same CCSON of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 32 - in the journals of the International Conference of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 3-in the Republican scientific journal "Kazakhtanu", 3 - in the Republican methodological scientific and pedagogical Journal "Teacher of the New Century" – 1, 20-in the journals of the Republican conferences.

In 2022-2023, students of the 3rd year OP 6b03220-journalism Lespaeva Ayaulym and Kezhaev Batyrbek were directed to the International Kazakh-Turetsky university named after K. A. Yassaui for the 1st semester of the academic mobility program.

At the Department, special attention was paid to the work of employees and students who study on the specialty 6b03220-" journalism". Practice students go to the editorial offices of the newspapers "South Kazakhstan", "panorama of Shymkent", on the TV channels "Aigak", "Ontustik", "Otyrar". Many students of the department consider their services to these institutions.

In the 2nd semester of 2022-2023 academic year, Professor Ahmad Haji Shimshek of the University of Kastamon in Turkey will give a lecture for students of the 3rd year of the educational program 6B03220-journalism. During the lecture, students are asked questions and answers to their questions.
