The British Council, jointly with the Science Foundation under the support of Chevron, is holding a national competition for young scientists in the format of the Famelab international competition. This competition is one of the largest contests of scientific communication and is held in more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.

The goal of the competition is to identify bright and talented young scientists and develop their scientific communication skills so that they can share their research interests with the public in English.

To participate in the contest, an online application must be submitted, which will be available on the British Council website www.britishcouncil.kz/rus/home-ru-ru/1175-famelab

The deadline for submission of applications for participation in the competition has been extended until January 11, 2019
