December 6, 2018, a delegation paid a visit the delegation headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Kazakhstan, his Excellency Mr. Philip Martine

December 6, 2018 on the basis of South M.Auezov SKSU visited the delegation headed by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of France to the Republic of Kazakhstan Philip Martine. The event was attended by members of the delegation consisting of the Consul General of France in the Republic of Kazakhstan Alexis Shakhtakhinsky, MP and Chairman of the France-Kazakhstan Friendship Group of the National Assembly of the French Republic Mr.Pierre Cabare, Economic Advisor of the French Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr.Nicolas Studer, Chief Protocol Ambassador of France in the Republic Kazakhstan Raushan Ashimbayeva.

During the event, a solemn ceremony of signing a tripartite agreement on cooperation between the Embassy of France in the Republic of Kazakhstan, M.Auezov SKSU and the French Alliance was held. The purpose of the agreement is to develop various areas of University cooperation.

During the meeting, the Parties discussed the possibility of further cooperation in the field of education, science and culture. As noted by the First Vice-rector of M.Auezov SKSU of Nurmanbetov Kairat Enbekshievich..."For our University cooperation with universities of France is one of the strategic objectives for the implementation of internationalization, we are also interested in developing cooperation in the field of attraction of foreign specialists and experts to give lectures and conduct scientific advice, academic mobility of students and teachers."

Following the meeting, members of the delegation were presented with souvenirs and books dedicated to the 75th anniversary of  M.Auezov SKSU.
