YOUNG SCIENTISTS OF AUEZOV UNDERGOING SCIENTIFIC TRAINING IN GERMANY
Within the framework of the “Bolashak 500 Scholars” project, implemented by the Center for International Programs JSC, the head of the research laboratory ”Water Quality Monitoring and Water Technologies“, postdoctoral fellow, PhD Yerkebulan Raiymbekov and the head of the Business Incubator department, postdoctoral fellow, PhD Maksat Kambatyrov are undergoing a research internship at the Technical University of Munich, Germany. The head of the internship is the President Emeritus of the Technical University of Munich, Professor Wolfgang A. Herrmann, one of the world-famous chemical scientists. Young scientists share their experience in the laboratories of a leading university on the topics of advanced research in analytical chemistry and modern methods of chemical research.
Also during the internship, the activities of the Center for Catalysis Research, the Center for Protein Functional Compounds, the Center for Neutron Research, and the Institute of Advanced Study were demonstrated. The University is ranked 37th in the QS World ranking and has 17 Nobel laureates, including 4 in chemistry.
