SERIKZHAN SEITZHANOVICH SEITZHANOV
Serikzhan Seitzhanovich Seitzhanov is a philanthropist, an Honoured Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an Honorary Professor of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University. He graduated from the Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute in 1971 with a degree in Construction Engineering and Technology. Since March 2003, he has served as the President of the oil company “Souts Oil” LLP. Awards: — Order of “Parasat”; — Order of “Glory of Kazakhstan”; — Badge of Honour; — Gold Medal “Patron of Education – 2008”; — “Altyn Zhurek” Award (2008); — “Leader of Kazakhstan – 2013”; — Twice awarded the “Paryz” Golden Statuette.

MUKASH ZULKARNAYEVICH ISKANDIROV
Mukash Zulkarnayevich Iskandirov is the General Director of “Kazphosphate” LLP, a philanthropist, and a public figure. He graduated from the Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute in 1982 with a degree in “Technology of Inorganic Substances and Mineral Fertilisers.” He completed military training and holds the rank of Senior Lieutenant in the reserves. He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English. Awards and titles: — Hero of Labour of Kazakhstan; — Order of “Kurmet”; — Order of “Otan”; — Medal “Honorary Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan”; — Order of Merit for the Chemical Industry of Russia (1st Class); — Title “Patron of Education – 2012”; — Special distinction “Altyn Zhuldyz” (Golden Star). He is a member of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the National Investors’ Council under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

SHALATAI MYRZAKHMETOV
Shalatai Myrzhakhmetov is a recipient of the Order of “Kurmet”, a former member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an Honorary Citizen of the Otyrar and Sozak districts. He graduated from the Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute in 1968 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career in 1962 as a tractor driver at the Arys state farm. He served as the Akim of the Otyrar District until 2003, after which he became a deputy of the South Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat. In 2007, he was elected to the Mazhilis of Parliament from the Nur Otan Party. From 2012 to 2016, he served as a deputy in the fifth convocation of the Mazhilis and was a member of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial-Legal Reform. For his dedicated service to the state, he was awarded the Order of “Kurmet” and medals “For Labour Merit” and “For Diligent Work.”

BATUKHAN ABDIKERIMOVICH BAIMEN
Batukhan Abdikerimovich Baimen is one of Kazakhstan’s leading contemporary graphic artists and a pioneer of linocut art who has made a significant contribution to the development of national graphics. He graduated from the university in 1977. His creative series — “Turks” (2015), “Nomads”, “The Great Steppe”, “Ablai Khan’s Dream”, “The Last Game”, “Stagnation” (2018), “Calamity”, “Mother Umai”, “Ospan Batyr”, “The Last Nomad” (2019), “Chasing Fame”, “The Winner”, “Worship”, “Flight” (2020), and “Animal Style” (2021) — reflect a perceptive, sensitive, and insightful artistic vision of dramatic events and the complex truths of life. Baimen is not only an outstanding artist but also a civic figure. He has repeatedly served as the Chief City Artist and was a member of the Urban Planning Council. He is the recipient of numerous medals, diplomas, and honorary certificates.

NURLAN KUDIYAROVICH BEKNAZAROV
Nurlan Kudiyarovich Beknazarov is a member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He graduated from the Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute in 2005. He holds multiple higher education degrees: Civil Engineer, Engineer-Economist, Financial Specialist, and Lawyer. He was elected as a deputy of the Shymkent City Maslikhat for the II–V convocations, served twice as Chairman of the Audit Commission, and twice as Secretary of the Maslikhat. For his contribution to the development of the city, he was awarded Letters of Gratitude from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Mazhilis of Parliament, and the Akims of the South Kazakhstan Region and Shymkent. He holds medals “Sauap”, “Batyr Shapagaty”, “10 Years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “10 Years of Astana”, and “20 Years of Independence of Kazakhstan.”

ALIYA MAKSUTOVNA YUSUPOVA
Aliya Maksutovna Yusupova is the President of the Gymnastics Federation of Kazakhstan, a renowned athlete and coach who brought global recognition to her country in rhythmic gymnastics. She graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University in 2005 with a degree in “Physical Education and Sports” and also completed a Master’s degree in “Pedagogy” and “Psychology.” — The first Asian and Kazakh rhythmic gymnast to win a medal in the World Cup Final; — Absolute Champion of Asia (2009, Astana) — six gold medals; — Absolute Champion of the Asian Games (2006, Doha) — six gold medals; — Olympic Games: Athens (2004) — 4th place; Beijing (2008) — 5th place; — Three-time Universiade medallist (2005, 2007, 2009); — Ten-time Champion of Kazakhstan. She holds the titles of “Honoured Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” “International Master of Sports,” and “World-Class Gymnast” (awarded by the International Gymnastics Federation).
