M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University is actively developing international cooperation with Eurasia Foundation (from Asia), an international organization dedicated to strengthening intercultural understanding, supporting educational initiatives, and promoting the development of a peaceful and harmonious society.
The partnership between the university and Eurasia Foundation (from Asia) creates new opportunities for implementing educational and research projects, advancing academic mobility, expanding international cooperation, and enhancing the professional competencies of both students and faculty members.
One of the significant outcomes of this collaboration was the university’s successful acquisition of a grant from Eurasia Foundation (from Asia) to develop and implement the academic course “Integration Processes of Central Asian Countries.” The project is aimed at studying contemporary regional integration processes, developing students’ research skills, and strengthening international academic cooperation.
The university highly appreciates the support provided by Eurasia Foundation (from Asia) and views the further development of this partnership as an important factor in improving the quality of education, advancing scientific research, and enhancing integration into the global educational community.

A lecture series dedicated to the integration processes of Central Asian countries was successfully conducted at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University within the framework of the Eurasia Foundation (from Asia) project.
The initiative brought together leading scholars and experts from Kazakhstani universities who shared contemporary perspectives on regional integration, economic cooperation, cultural diplomacy, geopolitics, and sustainable development in Central Asia.
The lecture program featured professors and researchers from Astana IT University, Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, and M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.
The lectures covered a wide range of topical issues, including the role of Central Asia in the global economy, regional economic integration, cultural diplomacy as a tool for strengthening interstate relations, geopolitical dimensions of regional cooperation, the development of political institutions, and the social aspects of integration processes.
Students of the Department of Political Science actively participated in the lecture series. The events contributed to the expansion of academic dialogue, the strengthening of inter-university cooperation, and the development of a comprehensive understanding of contemporary integration processes in Central Asia among students.
The implementation of this lecture series represents an important contribution to the internationalization of higher education and the strengthening of academic and research cooperation among universities in Kazakhstan within the framework of the Eurasia Foundation (from Asia) project.
