Mukhtar Tolegen: «Every employee’s initiative will be supported»

Today Mukhtar Tolegen, Chairman of the Management Board- Rector of Mukhtar Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University met with newly hired employees and staff members whose employment contract extensions are currently under consideration to discuss their views and exchange opinions.
The purpose of the meeting was to learn about the employees adaptation to the university, listen to their suggestions and opinions and discuss future areas of work.
The colleagues joining the university represent a wide range of professional fields. It is encouraging to see teachers, research scientists, psychologists, translators, youth policy specialists and other professionals starting their work with great enthusiasm. This is important because the professional potential and initiative of every employee contribute to the development of the university.
“Therefore we need to create the best possible conditions for young professionals to implement their ideas, grow professionally and actively participate in university life” said Mukhtar Tolegen.
The meeting addressed issues related to work discipline, professional responsibility, professional development, team culture and contributing to the university’s strategic goals.
