As part of the nationwide "Taza Qazaqstan" campaign, a countrywide clean-up day was organised, featuring a national teleconference attended by Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The live broadcast presented environmental initiatives being implemented in every region of the country.

In his address, the President emphasised the importance of preserving nature, maintaining cleanliness and order, and fostering environmental awareness among the younger generation.

Students from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University actively joined the national campaign. Led by the Akim of Shymkent, Gabit Syzdykbekov, volunteers joined the live broadcast from the A. Askarov Dendrological Park.

Throughout the event, clean-up and landscaping activities were carried out in the park. The Auezov youth, alongside the city akim and local residents, contributed to the greening of the city.

This initiative aimed at protecting nature not only united the youth around a shared goal, but also raised their environmental awareness.
